The exhibition was organized to showcase the enduring beauty and artistic value of preserved flowers. A variety of works presented the harmony between nature and art through the medium of preserved flowers. World Master Lee Eun-hee has continued to contribute to the development and popularization of preserved flower culture based on her expertise and artistry in the field. World Master Kim Kyung-ho Receives Korean Fine Arts Association Chairman's Award at the "2026 Summer Art Festival" and Is Appointed Vice President of the Jongno Arts InstituteWorld Master Kim Kyung-ho, recognized in the field of Korean Mandala art, received the Korean Fine Arts Association Chairman's Award on August 21 at the "2026 Summer Art Festival," hosted by the Jongno Arts Institute.The "2026 Summer Art Festival" was held from August 12 to 21 across the full premises of the Mona Lisa Sanchon Gallery in Insadong, Seoul, featuring exhibitions spanning painting, sculpture, craft, photography, and calligraphy, along with programs for exchange among artists. World Master Han Ki-ok Holds Invitational Solo Exhibition “Cheongdam Han Ki-ok Solo Exhibition” at the 18th Haneol Museum of Art Special ExhibitionWorld Master Han Ki-ok, recognized in the field of Buncheong Celadon (Grayish-blue-powdered Celadon), held her invitational solo exhibition, 「Cheongdam Han Ki-ok Solo Exhibition」, as part of the 18th Haneol Museum of Art Special Exhibition 「A Special Encounter with Artists」 at the Korea Art Museum in Seoul from August 12 to 17, 2026.The exhibition featured works embodying the tradition and craftsmanship of Buncheong Celadon that she has cultivated over many years working with clay and fire. A variety of works featuring different techniques and decorative motifs, including landscapes, peonies, and incised designs, were presented.At the awards ceremony held on August 17, Han Ki-ok received a Certificate of Outstanding Educational Instructor in recognition of her dedication to educating and training the next generation. She continues to contribute to the transmission of Buncheong Celadon and the cultivation of future artisans by mentoring and training Han Song-i, a sixth-generation potter carrying on the ceramic tradition.
